How the Lolë Box works

How does the Lolë Box work?
Start by filling out the Lolë Box questionnaire and tell us about your workout routine, fashion taste and clothing sizes. We’ll get to work selecting the best fitness clothes and accessories for you. When your Lolë Box arrives, you’ll have 14 days to try everything on in the comfort of your own home, keep what you like, and send back the rest in our prepaid mailer. You’ll only pay for what you keep, plus a $25 (plus tax) styling fee, which we’ll credit towards any item if you purchase one item or more.
What will I get in my Lolë Box?
Your Lolë Box will include a combination of fitness tops, bottoms, sports bras, outerwear and loungewear as well as an accessory. You’ll get seven items altogether – all mix-and-match pieces selected for your size, workouts, and preferences. If there are any items you don’t want us to send you, simply let us know in your Lolë Box questionnaire under 'Preferences', which you can update at any time. The more information you give us, the better your Lolë Box will be!
How long do I have to try on my items?
You have 14 business days from the date you receive your Lolë Box to try on your clothes and send any returns in the mail.
How is each Lolë Box personalized?
Our Lolë Box questionnaire contains a series of questions designed to help us make the best selections for you. What’s more, we track your purchases and returns so we can learn more about what to send you in your next shipment.
What if something doesn’t fit me?
The more information you give us in your Lolë Box questionnaire, the easier it will be for us to select the right size for you. There are sizing charts in each product category so you can refer to this for help.
What if I don’t like something you send?
It’s super easy to return an item you don’t want to keep. Simply check out online in your profile for what you want to return and put any returns and place those items in the bag with the pre-paid UPS label that comes with your Lolë Box. Drop it off at a UPS store within 14 days of receiving it or at a Lolë Atelier near you. You can also call UPS and arrange a pick up.
Can I request certain pieces?
We aren’t set up yet to take requests for specific pieces, but stay tuned for updates to our services!
How can I return an item?
Place the unworn item(s) back in its original packaging with all the tags. You can keep the yellow box if you’d like!

Include a copy of your Coalision packing slip within the package, and highlight the item(s) being returned.

Close and seal the package, stick the UPS pre-paid* return label provided with your order and drop off the package at a UPS store near you. If you do not have a local UPS service point, simply give them a call and they will send one of their drivers to your location to pick-up the package. You can also drop off the package at one of our Lolë Ateliers and they will make the return for you.
What if I can't return my items within 14 business days?
If you need an extension or know you will not be able to returns your items within the allotted time, simply email us at customerservice@lolewomen.com or call us at 1-844-913-7737.
What happens if I don’t return any items?
If you do not check out online or send your items back to us within 14 business days, you will receive two automated emails from us notifying you that your time is up. If you do not check out or mail your returns back within 24 hours of receiving your second email, your card on file will be automatically charged for the items in your Lolë Box.

Pricing

How much does the Lolë Box cost?
There is no membership or subscription fee when you sign up for Lolë Box. We do charge a $25 (plus tax) styling fee which is credited towards your purchase if you buy one item or more. What's more, if you spend $250, you'll receive 20% off your entire purchase. If an item is on sale, the rebates will be added.

How much do the clothes cost?
It depends on the item, and each shipment will include a range. The prices are the same as what you see on lolewomen.ca. Each box ends up totaling an average of $550 but you only pay for what you keep. Again, if you spend over $250, you also get 20% off of your entire purchase.
When will I be charged?
You won’t be charged anything upon completing your Lolë Box questionnaire, even though you will be required to enter your billing information. When each shipment is done, you’ll be charged the $25 (plus tax) styling fee. If you choose to keep any items, we ask that you check out online before you send back your returns. Your styling fee will then be credited against those purchases.

Shipping

When will I receive my Lolë Box?
When you initially sign up, your first box will be sent as soon as possible. Upon signing up, you can choose to receive shipments every month, every other month, every three months or on demand. Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier. You'll receive an email from us when your Lolë Box is shipped with the tracking information.
How often will I receive a Lolë Box box?
You can select to receive your Lolë Box every month, every other month or every 3 months. You can also select a one-time box delivery for any date you wish.
Can I change when I receive my Lolë Box?
You can change your delivery frequency at any time in your profile, but please allow a few days for the change to be processed.
Will I be charged for shipping?
No! Shipping is free both ways.
